University of Texas

As a Student Technology Assistant for The University of Texas, I had a fun variety of responsibilities. I taught some professors how to use PowerPoint, and for others, I created DVD presentations of movie clips for in-class use. I also created graphics and illustrations for several university course websites.

American Sign Language Course 1

One of my favorite projects at UT was providing illustrations for ASLonline 1. I worked with my supervisor and an ASL professor to create dozens of eye-catching illustrations for online learning.  You can see more of my illustrations for Course 1 on the website.

Texas Politics: Redistricting

In this editorial cartoon, I drew a playful image about Texas' history of politicized redistricting. Read about it here. It was also featured in the exhibition, America Votes, at the Boston Public Library.

Music Journalism

This series of illustrations was for a website about different types of journalism. These images were created entirely in Adobe Illustrator.
